The operations of Council are dependent on the application of a range of legislative instruments.  The Council provides delegations to the Chief Executive Officer in relation to matters that ensure the Council can operate on a day to day basis.  The Chief Executive Office may delegate certain decisions and activities to employees and contractors of the Council.
