Draft Corporate Plan 2026-2031

Council is currently developing its 2026-2031 Corporate Plan and is seeking input from local residents.

The Corporate Plan outlines Council’s vision, priorities, and goals for the next five years, and the feedback from our local residents is essential to ensure it reflects the needs and aspirations of our community.  

In August 2025, Councillor's and Senior Management held a strategic planning day to draft the 2026-2031 Corporate Plan and align our strategic priorities with the future needs of the Shire.
