Personal hardship financial assistance is available for eligible residents impacted by Tropical Low 29U and related flooding March 2026.

Emergency Hardship Assistance (EHA)
Emergency Hardship Assistance provides support for essential needs, including food, medication, clothing and short-term accommodation.

Essential Services Hardship Assistance (ESHA)
Essential Services Hardship Assistance provides support to help with essential services such as electricity, gas, water and sewage.
