Sewer Smoke Testing Begins in Taroom

Banana Shire Council will be conducting non-toxic smoke testing on sewer pipes in Taroom starting Monday 13 October 2025, expected to take around three weeks.
This important maintenance work helps improve the sewerage system and protect public health and the environment.
