12/03/2007 Mr Justin Leigh MEIER Moura Group Bravery Citation A collective act of bravery, by a group of persons in extraordinary circumstances. Awardees comprise the crew of the Moira Elizabeth who rescued a crew of a dismasted Yacht that was participating in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race.
