Once upon a time, in the days where the masculinity of a man was judged by the size of his flares and the curl of his mullet; and ladies screamed in excess and dreamed to fly with the eagles – there was an event. This was not just any event, it was the most spectacular party in the Banana Shire; held in the middle of a natural amphitheater, Isla Gorge. It was, as the name suggests, a gorge-ous night out.

Ladies and gentlemen we are proud to announce that we are …bringing this event back!

The ‘Gala at the Gorge' used to be an annual event, with reports of being it being “absolutely spectacular”. A black tie ball held at the lookout of the Isla Gorge, supporting the Rogue and Rouge Foundation and the Royal Flying Doctor Service to raise awareness for positive mental health in rural Australia.

Transport will be provided to and from the venue, from both Theodore and Taroom due to the location of the event.  Please keep an eye on their Facebook Page for information as it becomes available.
