The response to assistance from Aussie Helpers Hay Day has been overwhelming.

Banana Shire Council are hosting an ‘Aussie Helpers Hay Day’ in Biloela on Saturday 21 September at the Biloela Showgrounds as a gesture to support our community members struggling from the ongoing drought.

Landholders were asked to register for consideration by Aussie Helpers with assistance provided on a needs basis.

All requests for assistance for the Aussie Helpers Hay Day have now been responded to either via phone or email. If you have submitted a form and have not heard anything as of yet please check your 'junk' email folders and contact Aussie Helpers on 1300 665 232.

Only those who have received a response will be permitted entry on the day.

Please note that the number of requests received far outweighed the available resources so not everyone was able to receive assistance.
