Banana Shire Council is reviewing the services it provides at its libraries and we want you to help out.

Library lovers, infrequent visitors to the library and people who do not currently use the library are all invited to participate in the survey designed to identify what it is people love about our libraries and what other services they would like to see supplied by the library.

You can complete the survey online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7CCWPX2 or you can collect a hard copy from your local library branch.

You can take the form home, complete it and return to the branch at your convenience.

All surveys need to be completed by 20 December, 2019.

Everybody who completes a survey goes into the draw for a $100 gift voucher - only one entry per adult.
