Traffic conditions in Barrett Street Biloela have changed, following the establishment of a bike pathway linking the schools to the CBD.

Most notably the flow of traffic at the intersection with Kariboe St has changed following the installation of pedestrian and cyclists’ crossings.

Vehicles travelling along Kariboe St must now give way to pedestrians and cyclists using the pavement level crossing. They must then also give way to traffic on Barrett St.

Motorists turning off Barrett St into Kariboe St must give way to pedestrian and cyclists using the pavement level crossing .

All other traffic rules and regulations should be observed and care taken when negotiating the traffic calming devices.
