Banana Shire Council is selling land and the buildings on the site known as ‘Rannes Camp’, 9 Bundalba Road Rannes Qld. Council currently has one parcel of Freehold land available for sale located at Lot 1 SP111757. This site is currently zoned as Community Purpose as shown in Council’s Planning Scheme 2021. The land currently has a registered lease with Telstra for their Mobile Phone tower till 2026 and if the land was purchased it would be subject to that lease being able to continue (As shown in purple hatching in the above image) including access to the lease area by Telstra. A new Lease would need to be set up with Telstra and Council would be willing to assist in the development of the new lease.
