Public Notice: Beware of Potential Scam Targeting Banana Shire Residents

Council has received a warning regarding a possible scam targeting our community. We have received reports of individuals falsely claiming to be conducting a “lifestyle” survey on behalf of Banana Shire Council.

Please be advised that the Banana Shire Council does not engage in survey activities through phone calls, or via third parties. We kindly request you to exercise caution and inform your family, friends, and neighbours about this scam to prevent anyone from becoming a target.
