Banana Shire Council would like to inform you of upcoming asphalt overlay works, as part of our ongoing road maintenance program.

Works are scheduled to commence at 7am to 5pm, in the following areas listed:

• Alexandra Avenue between Valley View Drive to Highland Way on Monday 12th May 2025.
• State Farm Road between Auburn Street to Neville Street and Tiamby Street on Tuesday 13th May to Thursday 15th May 2025.

During the construction, vehicle, and pedestrian access to these various sites will be restricted. All signage at these sites is to be obeyed for the safety of all. Should your property access be impacted by these road closures, please make alternative arrangements.
